Manchester United is willing to sign just about any quality player out there that can solve some of the main problems that they have been suffering from in this season. Fellaini from Everton proved to be a huge mistake and Juan Mata is slowly adapting to the new playing style that David Moyes has been implementing since taking over of the Premier League club champions.

The 24 years old German midfielder Toni Kroos is being heavily linked with Manchester United as they are reportedly willing to pay Kroos €250,000 a week in order to lure him away from his current club, Bayern Munich.

If Kroos accepts the deal, he would triple his earnings and possibly even turn Manchester United in a European powerhouse as he will be playing Rooney, Van Persie and Juan Mata. Toni Kroos does however have a contract with Bayern Munich that runs up until 2015 but an offer of the region of €30 million could persuade Munich on releasing the player.

Toni Kroos is a consistent performer for Bayern Munich and he even displayed some of his abilities as he scored the opening goal of the Champions League 1st leg match against Arsenal.

The sporting director of Bayern Munich, Matthias Sammer stated that Kroos is valued highly at the club and if his contract extends until 2015, then he will remain until that date and not anytime sooner.

“Toni has a contract until the summer of 2015 and he will not be going anywhere before then and we are determined to make sure he will stay at Bayern beyond the expiry date of his current deal. We really value Toni and have shown so more than once.” Sammer said.

Moyes wants to rejuvenate the club and the introduction of Kroos will certainly help in the transformation that the Scottish coach is trying to do.
